  • Scott Bishop | CFO | FPI Management

    Scott has been in the property management industry for over 18 years, starting with FPI Management in 2006. As CFO, Scott is responsible for oversight, strategy, and operations of FPI. Scott holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Property Manager (CPM). Scott is also a Real Estate Broker of Record for many of the states in which FPI operates.

  • Melissa Bartolucci Delgado | Managing Partner | Tides Equities

    Melissa has a distinguished career in operational strategy and asset management. Prior to her tenure with Tides Equities, she led Cityview’s efforts in overseeing a $3 billion multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. Under her stewardship, Cityview expanded its operational capabilities, notably with the establishment of its in-house property management division. Her engagements at industry front-runners like TruAmerica and Kennedy Wilson further solidified her reputation.

  • Mark Stringer | EVP | Avenue5 Residential

    Mark, who has been active in the multifamily industry since 1992, oversees Avenue5’s revenue-enhancing ancillary services for property owners. He holds expertise in developing and overseeing online leasing and e-signature document processing, applicant credit and background screening, cloud storage, post-tenancy billing and collection, and renters insurance programs as a licensed property and casualty broker. Prior to joining Avenue5, Mark was responsible for business development, product implementation, and compliance as a Greystar managing director, and served as executive vice president of ancillary business services and product development at Riverstone Residential Group.

  • Erica Fedeczko | SVP | Red Tail Residential

    Erica brings two decades of invaluable real estate management experience. Her career in the real estate management industry commenced at the on-site level, where she gained hands-on experience and a profound understanding of the field's intricacies. This foundational experience has allowed her to cultivate a well-rounded perspective, which she has carried through various roles over the years.

    Erica's comprehensive experience and leadership skills make her a pivotal member of the Property Management Industry, continually striving to achieve excellence and operational efficiency in the properties she oversees.

  • Kesha Fisher | SVP | April Housing

    Prior to Kesha joining April Housing as SVP of Operations she spent over 10 years at Greystar as a Sr. Director and oversaw the firms West Coast fund of owned and JV development assets. Her portfolio was valued in excess of $1 billion, and the development pipeline on which she was responsible for guiding Greystar’s development team was valued over $5 billion.

    Kesha previously spent 4 years with Carmel Partners as a Regional Portfolio Manager where she played an intricate role in new developments, stabilized assets, as well as dispositions and acquisitions in Southern California. She has overseen communities in various stages from the purchase of the land to stabilization. Kesha is accredited by the California Apartments Association as an Accredited Residential Manager and holds an active Real Estate license in the State of California. Kesha has received numerous awards including 2020 Real Estate Woman of The Year (State of CA) from Connect Media and Bisnow Woman of the Year (2021 & 2022). Kesha received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration emphasizing finance and business law from Loyola Marymount University.
